OPERATION

Rosenbauer SPA trailer and SP pump units with Deutz engines are operated via the Rosenbauer LCS (Logic Control System) display.

The following functions can be displayed by it:

  • Pump operation
  • Engine operation (drive speed adjustment, start/stop)
  • Engine warnings (Deutz error code will be displayed)
  • Fuel tank level display
  • Operating hours indicator
  • Light control
  • Control of foam proportioning systems (option)

Engine-pump trailers and units

Engine-pump trailers like the SPA60 and the SPA100 are ideally suited for supplying fire fighting water to industrial and refinery plants - especially in harbor areas. These trailers have also proven themselves in flooding situations. The hoses are stored on the trailer, protected from the sun and other environmental influences.

Engine-pump units ensure water supply, especially in stationary operation. In vehicles they are used for uncompromising pump-and-roll operation.
